The locals call these things semi-snails and I haven't been able to find out anything more than that! |

This was a challenge. The platypus live in a river at the bottom of a steep sided valley and only come out at dusk and dawn. Not much light and they are a lot smaller than I expected. Only about 30cm long at a guess. |
